Service Agreement for “The Cosmic Compass” – Deep Dive Session

This Agreement is entered into by and between Rise with Jane LLC (“Service Provider”) and the Client as of the date of payment for the service described herein. By making the payment, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

1. Description of Services

Service: “The Cosmic Compass” – Deep Dive Session

• Description: A transformational 90-minute session combining Oracle card insights with personalized guidance. This session explores the Client’s energetic state, identifies subconscious blocks, and creates an intuitive action plan for manifestation and alignment. It is designed for those ready to take a bold step into transformation and embrace their fullest potential.

• Recording: The Client will receive a private recording of the session for their personal use only. This recording is strictly confidential and is not to be shared, distributed, sold, or used for any purpose other than personal reflection.

• Suggested Price: $222 (USD)

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the service. The date of this agreement is the date on which the payment is processed. Payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking. The Client agrees to attend the scheduled session on time. Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

4. Scope of Agreement

The Service Provider will deliver the service as described above. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and Rise with Jane LLC regarding the specified service.

5. Disclaimer

• No Guarantees: The Client understands that Oracle card readings and personalized guidance are for spiritual growth and personal reflection. The Service Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

• For Personal Reflection and Growth: This session is intended as a tool for self-discovery, spiritual exploration, and intuitive guidance. It is not a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or psychological matters. The Client is solely responsible for their decisions and actions following the session.

6. Recording Confidentiality

The recording provided to the Client is for their private use only. The Client agrees not to share, distribute, reproduce, or sell the recording in any form. The recording is confidential and is intended solely for the Client’s personal reflection and growth.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rise with Jane LLC and its representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service or the recording.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared during the session will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.

9. Termination

The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the session at any time if the Client violates this agreement or engages in inappropriate behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with Oregon law.

11. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By making the payment and scheduling a session, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
